The Alabama School of Healthcare Sciences (ASHS) is a tuition-free, state-funded residential public high school opening in Fall 2026 for motivated students entering 9th grade. Designed for students from across Alabama, ASHS offers a focused, hands-on education built around healthcare, science, and service.
Current 8th graders who are interested in healthcare careers—or who want a strong academic foundation in science—are encouraged to apply.
