ASHS at UWA: In-Person Open House

The Alabama School of Healthcare Sciences invites prospective students and families to join us for our first-ever in-person Open House at the University of West Alabama.

This special day gives families a firsthand look at where ASHS students will live, learn, and grow during the school’s inaugural year beginning in Fall 2026. Whether your family is actively considering ASHS or simply wants to learn more, this event offers a welcoming, no-pressure opportunity to explore what makes ASHS unique.

Families attending ASHS at UWA Day will enjoy a full campus experience designed to inform, connect, and inspire:

  • An overview of ASHS academics, residential life, and admissions from ASHS administrators
  • Opportunities for one-on-one conversations with ASHS leadership
  • Complimentary lunch on campus for all registered guests
  • Free tickets to UWA vs. UAH women’s (2:00 p.m.) and men’s (4:00 p.m.) basketball games
