Welcome to the School Portal for the Alabama School of Healthcare Sciences. This page will serve as the central hub for our students — a one-stop resource for everything from schedules and course materials to residential life updates and extracurricular opportunities.

Because ASHS will welcome its very first class in Fall 2026, this section of our website is still in development. We are actively working with technology partners, educational vendors, and healthcare collaborators to design a portal that reflects the spirit of our school: Compassion, Innovation, Integrity, and Service.

Once admissions close and students are accepted, the School Portal will be tailored to meet their daily needs. Students will find tools for tracking coursework, information about shadowing opportunities with healthcare providers, and resources that connect classroom learning to real-world experiences in hospitals, clinics, and research settings. The residential experience will also be supported here, with access to dorm life updates, dining services, counseling resources, and campus events.

Parents will be able to find information as well, ensuring that families remain connected and supported as their children take this important step toward independence and career preparation.

The School Portal will grow right alongside ASHS. Our goal is to make this space both practical and inspiring, a place where students can manage their responsibilities and also feel the excitement of being part of a pioneering effort to transform healthcare in Alabama.
